Very beautiful luxury 5 * villa for 10 people + 1 baby, located by the water, in the heart of the Marais Poitevin, in a village classified as a small town of character with its pedestrian alleys and cycle paths.

20 minutes from NIORT, 40 minutes from LA ROCHELLE, 1 hour from the FUTUROSCOPE in POITIERS and 1 hour 20 from PUY DU FOU, the area draws its cultural wealth from local tradition and picturesque marshland landscapes. Visitors can tour its abbeys, taste regional specialties, take boat trips on the marsh from one of the many piers or go to meet craftsmen and artists who will further reveal the secrets of marshland culture ...

The house was formerly a vegetable farm. Completely renovated in 2020, it comprises three very comfortable private suites: one suite for two people on the ground floor with a 160/200 bed and two family suites upstairs with a 160/200 bed and two 90/200 beds. In each family suite, the children's section is separate from the parents' section. The perfectly soundproofed rooms, the excellent quality mattresses and a calm and timeless environment are the ingredients for perfectly peaceful nights.

The large kitchen, which is above all a living room with its huge table that can comfortably seat 10 people, is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, including a variety of food processors to make food preparation easier : after all this is a holiday experience!

No need to worry about serving wine at the right temperature - the wine cellar cabinet in the kitchen takes care of that… so there’s always something good ready to taste!

The spacious dining room, with its French window opening onto a large balcony offering a breathtaking view of the marshlands, allows visitors to relax in the evening whilst enjoying the sunset with a drink in hand.

The cozy TV lounge on the first floor will allow children to enjoy the many board games and books available.

The heated swimming pool on the terrace is accessible from the living room and has counter-current swimming for athletes and children alike. After swimming visitors can also relax there and enjoy the exceptional view of the marshlands from its bay window.

The courtyard at the back of the house overlooks the towpath at the water's edge. Equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, this bucolic setting is just perfect for beautiful summer evenings.

A suite for two people on the ground floor with a 160/200 bed. Two family suites upstairs with a 160/200 bed and two 90/200 beds.
In each suite, the children's area is separate from that of the parents.
The perfectly soundproofed rooms, the excellent quality mattresses and a calm and timeless environment are the ingredients for peaceful nights.
